Large Double Room in Greenbank (Monday-Friday) in Greenbank, Cumbria for sale

Hello, I'm Lizzie! I'm looking for a midweek lodger for my place for 3-4 nights a week. The room is large and fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and comfy chair. The rest of the flat is open plan and spacious and there's a garden with space to sit outside. I'm based in Greenbank, two miles from the city centre. It's 5-10mins walk to Stapleton Road train station. The Bristol-Bath cycle path and the M32 are also very close by and there's plenty of on street, free parking. My place is on a quiet street close to a park, The Greenbank is the local and there is a cafe, greengrocer within a couple of minutes walk. St Marks Road is close by with a few good restaurants, groceries, bakery, chemist etc. I'm 33yrs and I've lived in Bristol for 5years. My job is quite busy and I tend to work at home a couple of days each week. I'm sociable and chatty but also like having my own space. I'm a non-smoker and would prefer a non-smoking lodger. The rent is inclusive of all bills and cleaning. I like to keep the place clean and tidy. I would like to have use of the room at weekends so it's available Monday-Friday only. The room is available immediately and I'm happy to take on short term lodgers. If you are interested do let me know when you would need to move in by and a little about yourself :)
